FASTART FORMULA FIVE HYDRAULIC HEAT TREAT AND ANTI-FOAM BLEND is a combination of components designed to allow the user to optimize the additive content of each hydraulic fluid to ,atch each specific problem perfectly. It contains wet anti-wear lubricants, dry dielecrtic lubricants, pour point depressants, polymer-type viscosity index improvers foam reducers, oxydation inhibitors and seal revitalizers. These components fight wear, heat, oxydation, cavutaion and leaks.

FORMULA FIVE reduces friction, allowing increases in the load carrying capacity of the system. Pump strain is reduced along with heat build-up resulting in less oxydation, varnish, sludge and acids. Fluid change intervals can be extended based on professional oil analysis results.

FORMULA FIVE is available in industrial sizes of:

• 4 US gallon bottles
• 5 US gallon pails
• 30 US gallon drums
• 55 US gallon drums

Industrial blending of concentrated FORMULA FIVE:

This formula integrates instantly with any type of hydraulic fluid regardless of the climate it should be used when the ultimate in shear stability and wide teperature range performance is required. Use 30 ml/ 1 fl oz of FORMULA FIVE to every 300 ml/ 10 oz fl of hydraulic fluid contained in the system. The reservoir should be at normal operating temperature for instant blending. Compatible with all hydraulic fluids, metals plastics and fiber content of hoses and lines used with the system.
ALL RATIOS ARE BASED IN OUNCES OF BASE LINE PRODUCT REQUIRED AS MANUFACTURERS SPECIFIES FOR LUBES CAPACITIES AND INTERVALL OF LUBE CHANGES, BASE EXTENDED LUBE INTERVALS ON OIL ANALYSIS IF DESIRED.
