INNERPLATE TECHNOLOGY® is a proprietary technology that suspends Molybdenum like never before. This technique incorporates a Colloïdal suspension that enhances all of Moly's properties and enables it to perform better than anything else on the market today. INNERPLATE TECHNOLOGY® allows a tremendous affinity to exist between Molybdenum and other metal surfaces so that all points of friction, however minor are "PLATED-OUT". Our product heals asperities (microscopic hills and valleys) and provides a low friction thin film that actually prevents two metal parts from touching one another. This plating technology is very strong and will withstand pressures to 500,000 pounds per square inch and temperatures to 750 degrees. When an area of an engine is plated-out, INNERPLATE TECHNOLOGY® utilizes hydrodynamic lubrication and thermo-chemical reaction to continuously supply and film the plated areas.
INNERPLATE TECHNOLOGY® incorporates the exact formulation of Molybdenum Disulfide by weight. Under operating conditions, FASTART low friction thin film builds to 1.2 microns and remains constant. This "PLATE-OUT" is continuasly "SELF HEALED" in our formulation and will not "break down" as in other Moly formulations. Four factors addressed in our proprietary formula: amount of various ingredients, size of Molybdenum, colloïdal make-up and dispersion of ingredients. With the proper usage of FASTART products it is possible to double the operating life of equipment and reduce maintenance by as much as 60%. Other benefits include greater horsepower, greater compression, lower emissions and increased fuel efficiency.
PM2® is a SURFACE and UNDER SURFACE lubricating system used exclusively in FASTART formulas. This technique represents a major breakthrough. Under this system, it is not necessary to "wait" for heated conditions to initiate its benefits. Benefits include removal of gum, varnish, sludge, carbon and moisture from under the surface itself, while imposing its own anti-wear propertoes. PM2® will release sticky valves and rings to create a cleaner fuel burn, with fewer contaminants being added to the fuel and oil in the engine. PM2® as used in FASTSTART fuel formulas will clean fuel injectors and carburator jets, improve ring flexing, increase power and drastically reduce emissions, while providing a longer engine life with increased fuel mileage and better performance.
